The parties lived together as a couple for a number of years, latterly in a property purchased in Mr Singh's name. Miss Walsh claimed a beneficial interest in the property under a constructive trust or proprietary estoppel. Her claim was dismissed, as she had made no contribution to the purchase price and there had been no common intention giving rise to a constructive trust or estoppel.
